I walked into a completely empty shop and was told she was booked for the next week or two. I asked if there was anywhere else in town and she said no. That was a lie because diamond nails and Spa was a block away. Diamond nails and spa got me in same day and provided exceptional service. If friendly nails was supposedly so booked up, why didn’t she at least refer some business down the street to the other salon. Common.
She told me the items I picked were going to be $85. Of course I knew there would be tax but instead I was charged $109.89. She denies charging me over
Worst nail salon ever they are DEFINITELY not friendly do not recommend
Went today, 4-20-2023 and am not at all pleased. I was overcharged $10 for THE sloppiest and worst set of nails I've ever had. I was cut more times today for one acrylic set than ever before at any other salon I've ever been to. Currently looking for a new salon to go to tomorrow and have this set soaked off. Will not be back.
