I feel like most places try to only show you the bells and whistles or upgrade parts and tack it onto your total, but Tatiana was very honest about which parts were a bit off and which parts were doing great. It honestly felt like she was looking at what I might be interested in, not just showing me every car in the lot. It seemed as though she truly understood this car from a consumer perspective. Tatiana was great to work with. She allowed us to have the vehicle inspected by a shop prior to purchase giving us the I highly recommend Friendly Motors as their vehicles have 1-2 owners and are in nice condition.
I was in a major rollover collision in my 2007 Toyota FJ cruiser last week. I immediately wanted to replace it. These vehicles are becoming increasingly more difficult to find. What an experience. Very professional no pressure On sales they addressed every issue and concern I had The owner opened vehicle before operation hours and titiana was there to display the vehículo and test drive. She even took my vehicle home for me. Best experience ever
