I love Mike Brown! He has always gone the extra mile for us. As for the service department, they are very rude and condescending to women. Won't use them.
The first time my C-Max Hybrid was in for service (the battery died three weeks after I bought the car), the technicians left my car a greasy mess. I complained and received a nice apology from the dealership. My battery died again, and the technician explained that unaddressed updates from June had drained the battery. I asked how I can know about updates to prevent them from draining another battery. He said there's no way for me to tell.
