I don't trust this doctors practice. My children used to come here and at one of my son's scheduled visits, with no prior notice, I was told I had an outstanding bill of close to $300. I asked what the bill was from, the receptionist stated it was a bill from back in May and it was now October. I asked if I could call my child's insurance and get it figured out and she stated that if that was the case, my child could not be seen that day. Dr Anna is the best! She always makes time for any questions, concerns or urgent appointments. Getting in to see her is quick and easy and our kids love her! She’s the first pediatrician our kids have had that we actively recommend to everyone we know because we knows she’s the best around.
Went here for my 2 year olds daughter appointment to get her ears pierced and the experience here was outstanding. The staff was friend and the doctor did an amazing job piercing her ear. I’m so surprised no swelling has occupied since yesterday. The pricing was fair and they treated my family great as well and allowed all 10 of us in a room to witness this. I highly recommend their service. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my baby primary doctor.
If I have an option for more than 5 stars I would give it to Dr Munuz and her staff. She's always been there for our son. She makes sure that her patients are not only patients but her family. Her office is always presentable, neat clean and it shows their hard work. Thank you Dr Munuz for your hard work.
