I can barely give this dealer 1 star. I took my Lincoln in for my recalls, and they gave me a faulty part so the problem they needed to fix, they had to re fix which I was okay with. But they took my car in for a car wash, which in the previous times I have brought this car in they have never done. And they broke my front bumper and tells me I cannot do anything about it. I really tried with parts department. Found the rims I wanted but found them 400 cheaper at a dealership in new York. So called friendly Ford to see if they could match price and they said no, because bigger dealerships gets better prices. To me this doesn't make sense.
Had an oil change and tire rotation. 11 am appointment and was gone by 11 22. Service member, Dave did a great job. Thank you Friendly Ford!!!
