In a world where mediocracy is generally accepted by most, Friendly Ford Parts department provided above and beyond customer service! I called over on a Saturday, the advisor was friendly, looked up the right part, ordered the other one they didn't have, and called before 8 AM the day it was supposed to arrive to confirm it was there. Great service for a $60 transaction!

Michelle Miller helped me with the two most recent and I cant recommend her enough. She aims to please and find what you are looking for.
