Great dealership and service department, highly recommend!
Service department is not up to par! Did not reset oil life after oil change and rotated the tires and tire pressure were all over the place!! At this point I would not recommend.
You can trust the Friendly Ford service department! Carlo at the service department was extremely helpful to get things fixed on my Ford Mustang well and in a timely manner. He was also very accommodating to my busy schedule in getting an appointment and returning my car back to me. He also worked with my car’s Ford warranty to get things covered - make sure to have Ford’s extended warranty! Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will always recommend Roselle Friendly Ford service department!
We just purchased a CPO 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition from Shaker's Hyundai. The overall experience was very positive. Our sales person Gio M was outstanding! Great communication, very knowledgeable of the SUV and its features. He answered every question (there were many) in a timely manner with either a text, email or phone call. My advice, use Gio M you will be great hands!
