I contacted Friendly Ford to purchase a vehicle that was advertised online. I asked the salesperson and the sales manager for the absolute final price to which they gave me. Once I got into financing there was an additional almost $5,000 added that came from packages that were not optional that should have been included on the price and the removal of a discount that was supposedly not qualified.
