I am not big on leaving reviews but this place earned it with ease. This is the first dentist office that I have been to in years that is actually really good. The front desk staff are very nice and attentive and the dentist I had was very nice and didn’t lie trying to make it seem like I needed work done when I didn’t. They are also accommodating and when I said I was cold they asked if I wanted a blanket. I was shocked in a good way! They also have tv’s in the patient rooms. 11/10!!! I’m still over the moon happy with the staff I don’t review if it’s even a 4 star place. The office staff is super nice friendly accommodating and the dentist that works with me makes it almost painless just thrilled to have the staff that they have
This place is great the dentist to office staff are amazing I have the same dentist from start to finish they are super nice and considerate 10 out of 10 for me
As someone who has a phobia about dental work ( due to more than one very bad experiences ), I cannot say enough good things about Friendly Dental. From the receptionists to the assistants to the hygienists, they are all so knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. And Dr. Ma is simply the best! Gentle, kind, understanding, and patient! Highly recommend
I'm done with them now. Come just for simple cleaning but "doctor" insist to make Xray. Becayse I don't want to expose to radiation every single 6 months I told him I just want cleaning done (especialy when I have all my teeth Emax crowns which is nothing affect them). He simple refuse to do cleaning. So I say GOOD BUY 👋 and I go to other clinic. I hate when this clinic want to charge insurance ~$175 nys for unnecessary Xray. Money laundering business... 🙄
