I was greeted on the phone with a smile and a FRIENDLY voice. I called around to different shops to get help with a sick computer. No one answered their phone except for Friendly Computers and the young lady who answered the phone was able to listen to my problem and walk me through a quick fix and I was back web surfing. Thank You
My technician was right on time, told me what was wrong, told me how much I would be looking to spend, fixed the problem promptly. They even called a week later to follow up to make sure everything was still running good for me. They are fantastic!!
