I have been here for 2 years and it has been wonderful. The community itself is friendly, which is nice because it lives up to the name. The management company has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t addressed immediately. Each and everyone I have dealt with has been just absolutely great. I am so glad to be here.
I love my little apartment
I called this place home for 2 years and never had any issues. The only reason I left was that I needed to be closer to work but the people there are great and you can't hear anyone around you unless they are in the halls / directly outside your window which wasn't very often or much of a bother. I've always heard good things about Picerne but when I moved in, I was still pleased at how quickly things were fixed whenever I had to contact property management.
