We went to Hamilton to trade in my vehicle and David Reynolds assisted us. He was pleasant to work with and answered any questions we had. The first vehicle I trade I do not end up liking. I reached out to Dave to let him know I was not happy and the vehicle they had at another location I was interested in. The team and him got the vehicle there and worked with me to get me the vehicle I liked. They made the process as easy and stress free as possible trading a vehicle back in so quickly.
John Purcell was absolutely amazing. He hunted down the perfect truck and was awesome to deal with. Him and Tanner took great care of us.. By far the best dealership I've been to.
This is my second durango from here. I have dealt with John Purcell both times. He did amazing at finding me the vehicle I wanted and stayed within my budget. He was quick to get the deal done and tanner in fiance was able to get me approved quickly. John also helped my husband find a vehicle the very next day. I am surrounded by "top tier" dealerships and will still drive the 45 min to go see them instead!
I worked with John Purcell to purchase a used Ram 1500. He made the transition easy and worked with me to get the financing I was looking for. Highly recommend Friendly Chrysler and John Purcell!
Neil and Nate were amazing to work with. Great customer care.
