Jennifer in the Service Department was fantastic! We brought in a 2026 Traverse that was having issues meeting the required calibrations after repairs. We had previously taken it to another dealership, but they didn’t even take the time to properly diagnose the issue and simply turned us away. I’m so glad we brought it here.Jennifer and the team got to the root of the problem, resolved it, and made the entire process smooth. I was charged $35 in additional fees on top of a $100 oil change, $75 engine air filter change, and $65 cabin air filter change. When I asked for an explanation the service rep laughed and said it was like taxes. When pressing him further it was said to be for rags and brake cleaner and all customers pay it. Watch these people closely if you take your vehicle there. What amounts to a 35% fee if I assume they didn’t need special supplies for my air filters is highway robbery.
Today, July 21, 2026 i had an appointment to have my car serviced. My service advisor was Gregory. It was a great experience working with him. He immediately located my appointment on his table and all the info was correct. I had three or four things to add. He captured them accurately and all were addressed to my satisfaction.
