I had a great experience with the Chevrolet service department! Melissa, the service manager, and Edgar, the technician, were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. They took the time to address my concerns and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend this team! Corwin Miles at Friendly Chevrolet was a huge help. I was struggling to schedule my service, and he worked around my schedule to get me in fast, and even set me up with a loaner. He checked in almost every day to let me know what they were working on, and he always took the time to explain what was going on with my car. Really appreciated how easy he made the whole thing. Short story: call Melissa if you need your car serviced. I bought my brand new Tahoe in August 2025 from Friendly, and about a year later, the AC stopped working. I was told the vehicle would need to be kept for at least three days for diagnostics, so I reached out about a loaner. Unfortunately, my experience with the loaner team was extremely frustrating. This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS IGNORED, MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS IN SWEATS,yet after about 5 minutes someone stopped and helped me. After I found the truck I wanted, it was held for two days, when I got it, it wasn't detailed, oil wasn't changed, gas low...now I bought this truck in 2024, 1500 Silverado 2021...I spent crazy dollars on different service packages one costing over $4,000.
