Very deceptive in disclosing records and quality of used cars being sold. When asked for service records the **, sales associate as well as Finance manager were not truthful in giving us the records of inspections and services to ensure we had bought a quality vehicle. After purchasing the car and immediately paying for expensive repairs the dealership would not ensure we purchased a vehicle that met legal standards. Before any of our used vehicles are offered for sale, we service them to help insure a positive experience. I checked and prior to you taking delivery, your car was serviced.
