i stopped by this morning as I couldn't get my radio to turn off. I young man, who name I didn't get, came out to my car and went thru the radio functions so I wouldn't have to make a service appointment. Everything is working fine and I am so grateful to him for doing this for me in the pretty cold weather. He was wearing a tan knit hat and his boss needs to know he's a keeper!
