I was hired to work in the office as CSR and Fri came after working 4 days for them I was pulled into conference room and asked how it was going! I am the daughter of a friendly Care client and have been, for nearly 2 years. I have never had a issue with our services, nor the staff. They have always been super kind and professional with me.

Friendly care could use some major adjustments! I only stayed because I was afraid to work anywhere else during the coronavirus pandemic. Whoever is over payroll is doing a horrible job They always get our checks wrong but they will adjust it if you can prove they messed up on their end. Then they make you wait until the next check in order to receive it which is really wrong because it should be placed on your checking account immediately. Service is very bad, workers don't show up for the care they are supposed to do, nor call you to inform you that they are not coming to the assignment. And they have the nerve to name the company Friendly care, where as they should change their name to No care. Do not waste your time on trying them out, I wouldn't use them if they were free.
