When almost all AC companies near Boca declined to help us in an emergency call as our AC unit of 7 years worked flawlessly until it locked up with a connection error. Ran arrived quickly and, was able to diagnose and fix the issue in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
The difference between Friendly A/C vs. others we worked with is the honesty and respect to clients money. Others told us that we have to replace the hole unit. Friendly A/C did a diagnosis first, risk assessment and told us that we just have to replace the faulty part. The result, the saved is ~$7K. They also told us tlahead of time that the chances of success were 50/50. But they gave us all the information to decided, while others tried to enforce us to replace the unit.
