I manage several rentals in Margate, and I’ve started using Friendly A/C for all my service calls. Most recently, Simon replaced a failed capacitor and made some adjustments to an aging thermostat that made the system run much more efficiently. Our vacation home in Lighthouse Point needed a full HVAC system inspection after a few months of sitting empty.
