A technician was scheduled for my home. He showed up 15 minutes late. Then, he inspected the unit and found that it needed a switch. Said it was going to be $575. I was shocked that a switch would cost that much. I had him replace the switch. This took no more than 10 minutes. I know we pay people to diagnose the problem, but a switch that is No bigger than my thumb for $600 was outrageous. Poor experience with them. Came home for inspection l, gave super high estimate and when decided to get other opinion then charged for the visit.
