COURT JUDGMENT AGAINST FRIENDLY AC!! Friendly AC continues to not make good on its responsibility to pay a court judgment against them in October 2018. We have not seen a penny from them after 6+ long years. I would suggest that everyone avoid them based on my experience with Friendly AC. I will update this review when we are paid the full court ordered judgment and court stated interest. If you don’t see an update, they are still in default. A technician was scheduled for my home. He showed up 15 minutes late. Then, he inspected the unit and found that it needed a switch. Said it was going to be $575. I was shocked that a switch would cost that much. I had him replace the switch. This took no more than 10 minutes. I know we pay people to diagnose the problem, but a switch that is No bigger than my thumb for $600 was outrageous. Friendly Ac came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. They are total professionals and know what they’re doing so in my opinion I don’t waste any time on anyone other than Friendly or Ac.
