The new owner is absolutely a nightmare to work with. She shows up without proper notice, blames others for her issues and does an over all terrible job of property management. She admitted she lot a client $60k in damages to a property she was overseeing. She does unpermitted construction work, with unlicensed handymen. Had to call code compliance for her to do her job correctly.
Have rented from Friend Reality for 10 years. Jenny, Katie and everyone in the office is always polite and get the job done. Always if There is a problem they are on top of things, communicate until they have the problem fixed. Their repair team is top notch and prompt also.
