I have had several opportunities to use this business. This time I called for my mom who is 80 years old and lives in an over 55 apartment. She was sure she needed a new computer because she couldn't get it to work. Dennis went to her apartment and got everything working and answered her questions-- she was not frustrated at all (which usually happens.) He is consistently great.
