Fantastic service
I can’t begin to express how amazing this place is. Came in with a used helmet looking for answers on how to get the Bluetooth to work on it....( keep in mind I didn’t buy this helmet from friend and friend) however they jumped right on the task and provided the best customer service possible. The parts department was straight up with me and told me exactly what they will do. And they delivered!!!! Had a tire on hold for my motorcycle was told to bring it in on Sat I kept trying to make an appointment they said you don't need one we will get you in on Sat so I show up and was told can't do it today I tried to have them do it during the week figured I would leave my bike and they could call me when it was done all the service guy said was come back next sat and MAYBE they could get it done so I figure they don't want my money so I went else where
With the savings you get here you end up spending even more money!!
Excellent sales and service!!!! Friend and Friend are not only in the business to make money, they want to make their customers happy!! They want to meet the customer AT LEAST half way...couldn't be more satisfied.
