The good and the bad. Used Friend for a re-roof of the garage. They weren't the cheapest but they were communicative and did what they said they would do. The work was quality and done well. Very satisfied. Where the satisfaction broke down was requesting a quote for another job from them after the garage roof. Basically I was ignored. Repeatedly asked for the quote and repeatedly got no response. I don't have a problem if you say it's not a job we don't want to do but in this case it was crickets. Zero communication.
Second time using Friend Construction and they are simply the best! Rachel is so knowledgable, Eric and his staff are so efficient. Would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you thank you!
