Brenda, is very carying and compassionate, she takes the time to listen to what you have to say, and she is respectful. She does everything possible to help you, but she's not a push over either. She instills a mutal trust, and that's how it should be, I feel very fortunate to be her patient, and I know how difficult it can be to find this level of care these days.
