They are a great group of people to work with. Dr. Zak and her staff take good care of me and I'm sure they do the same for other people too.
Not handicap friendly....
Yesterday was my first visit since Dr. Clark retired and there is a big difference. The staff was friendly enough but not as friendly as the other office. I was glad to see one familiar face and that was of Diane the lady that does the ordering of the eye wear the best part of my visit. Dr. Zak was polite, efficient and fast and willing to answer questions and encouraged you to ask questions or voice any concerns. Maybe as I go to my appointments it will be better.
