Called them as a new customer for AC and heat maintenance I had called a few other companies first and they had confusing pricing structures. Friedrich seemed more straightforward and fair. Loved that they are locally owned and I talked to the same person in the office when I called twice. They were exactly on time and gave excellent service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be signing on for their regular maintenance plan.
A contracting friend recommended this company to me several years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Friedrich H/A is an excellent company. I have been using them for my H/A for several years. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Typically, they are able to offer same day service. I highly recommend Friedrich H/A.
My AC stopped working. I made the call. And these folks were out within 2 hours. And in 3 hours my AC was working. Thank You so very much. I have always had great service with Frederich. I would recommend these folks to anyone that wants quick/professional service. And that wants to have there unit working on the first time around fix. They know what to do and how to fix.
They are excellent. I always have them do my spring and fall tuneups on my heater and air conditioner but the air conditioner broke down during one of our heat waves. Of course it was a Sunday. Luckily I realized it before the house got uncomfortable. I called Friedrich's. Someone was at my house within 3 hours. It may have been sooner. Fixed me up. I never broke a sweat. Awesome!
