Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish having a new AC & heater installed. The staff worked with me on selecting the units that worked best for me & walked me through the whole 0% finance process. The day of installation went just as well with arriving on time, showing consideration & care for my property with their clean work habits & making the process go very smoothly. I don't recommend using this company. Honor and integrity start at the top and our permit was never submitted. Our system cost over $18000. We now find out that our settlement is delayed ... because... PERMITS WERE NEVER OBTAINED...I cannot begin to tell you the disappointment that I have towards Friedrich and the owner, who came out and provided the detailed assessment and gave us the confidence that everything would be handled professionally.
