Apparently they don'tcare about low reviews either. I noticed they only reply to 5 star reviews. I just want to express how disappointed I am in the owner. I have been using Friedrich's for years and so has my family. I needed a new air conditioner system. Of course I would call Friedrichs. I loved their service. The owner came by to look and give me an estimate. He literally was at my house for less than 5 minutes. Didn't even want to listen to what I saying. We lost our air conditioning after a neighborhood wide electrical outage. We called the next morning ( Saturday, July 4th) not really expecting any response until Monday because of the holiday weekend and a heat wave ( reaching 100 degrees for 3 days). However Brandon reached out to us within an hour and walked us through the remedy. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Brandon.
