I don't recommend using this company. Honor and integrity start at the top and our permit was never submitted. Our system cost over $18000. We now find out that our settlement is delayed ... because... PERMITS WERE NEVER OBTAINED...I cannot begin to tell you the disappointment that I have towards Friedrich and the owner, who came out and provided the detailed assessment and gave us the confidence that everything would be handled professionally. I can't say enough good things about Friedrich Heating & Air Conditioning and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would. It has been a great experience from the start, which was on Black Friday when the burners on my furnace would not stay lit. I knew I was in a bad situation because one, it was a long holiday weekend, and two, I never had to call for HVAC service. Not even once during the past 20+ years with my current furnace. Frederick's is a fabulous company. Bob, the owner, is a wonderful, kind guy and has been so helpful, even providing portable heaters until our new unit comes in. His workers, Nick and Brandon, have been working tirelessly to help keep the heater working, even coming after hours and working late. I'm so grateful for this company.
