Called them as a new customer for AC and heat maintenance I had called a few other companies first and they had confusing pricing structures. Friedrich seemed more straightforward and fair. Loved that they are locally owned and I talked to the same person in the office when I called twice. They were exactly on time and gave excellent service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be signing on for their regular maintenance plan.
