Awesome company! Dead of summer our Air conditioning unit went out suddenly. We had 2 other companies come out and just wanted to quote to replace the whole system due to it being R22. We called Friedrich and told them the situation, they gave us window units to use for the time being and also came out and looked into the unit. Found that it was indeed was repairable. They were kind and helpful. I will recommend Friedrich to everyone!

Friedrich’s customer service is second to none. I have hired multiple companies to provide a variety of services as a home owner like most people.
