Awful service. Waited twenty minutes twice for a phone call on hold while I was only caller number two. They also can’t seem to answer emails in timely fashions, or answer the questions I need answered.
Horrible customer service
After spending your hard earned money to find out...your warranty isn't any good. No company are working on wall units...
Contacted the company for a quote and they hung up on me. So i called the company back and they sent me to voice mail. The company i work for has an account with them and i sent them an email 4 days prior to calling them. This is bad for business. I will quote other brands from now on.
