Shows up, takes your money and vanishes. “Starts” the project to get 2/3 of contract price and moves some dirt then leaves early, with some excuses about workers quitting, emergencies, illness, etc. stops communicating and never finishes the work. My experience suggests he is not a legitimate landscaper but running a sham business.

Beware!!!! Signed contract on April 6, 2023. Job to be completed by May 8th. Still not done by January 5, 2024. Paid $5,000 upfront. Then, $4500 When he started job. All he did was rototill the lawn and broke a sprinkler. Never came back, ever... Lawn is torn up and nothing done. 8 months of nothing except excuses.

STAY AWAY! I paid half my money down in November 2022 the job was supposed to be done in December. It finally got done this last week after the owner promised monthly that he would get it done even if he had to do it himself. This man's a liar! The young men working for him were great. Then he used bags of hydro seed grass that you hook up to your hose instead of a hydroseed truck... Also he tried to short rock around my trees and wanted me to pay extra for more rock. 8 months of lies! BEWARE!

Finished job same day I talked to him better then I could have asked for. He even offered to take me out on his boat for a complimentary boat ride and fishing trip. He says he will happily take any customer out on his boat that ask.
