My experience at Friedman's Jewelers was incredibly disappointing. Upon entering, I felt unwelcome as some employees stared and even laughed when I walked through the door. It was uncomfortable and left a bad impression right off the bat. When I approached the first woman I encountered, her attitude was far from friendly, which only added to my unease. Good business with great customer service. Brenda was the one helping me pick the engagement ring today, but I had multiple people I worked with in the past. Thank you, Brenda, for your patience while a customer is choosing a jewelry piece and your creativity, helpfulness. I liked the store selection and pricing is fair.
