Good business with great customer service. Brenda was the one helping me pick the engagement ring today, but I had multiple people I worked with in the past. Thank you, Brenda, for your patience while a customer is choosing a jewelry piece and your creativity, helpfulness. I liked the store selection and pricing is fair.
So sorry, we do not have a store in Spartanburg anymore. My family always shopped for jewelry at Friedman’s. My wedding band is 61 years old was purchased there. It is a gold “Blue Ridge” band and looks like new today. Thanks, Brenda Montjoy
Great customer service! Started online and the manager was able to have the rings I was interested in at the store the following day which was the day before Mother’s Day. Went there, got it for price promised and got it resized. I was so sad to have to wait, but I love it. Will definite back.
