Dr. Friedman is a superlatively skilled optometrist. He had been our family optometrist in the 1990s, and I recently had occasion to return to his care. I found him, now as then, to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and really interested in me as a patient and helping to meet my needs. He gave me one of the most thorough eye examinations I have experienced, and took time with me to answer a number of questions that I had. Not a professional atmosphere. He does not listen! He talks a lot about what he wants to talk about. He does not take time to get to know the patient's lifestyle or needs. His forms are old and blurry (can hardly read them). Lacks follow-up.
