Con artist. Living in one of their units was the worst experience of my life. Cockroaches, no locks, gas leaks, car was towed once a week. Guest cars were all towed. Of course, Mr. Freedman was non responsive during the entire time even though he was breaking tenant laws. Did not return any security deposit or refundable payments. I got a lawyer and broke my lease. STAY AWAY.
Cheryl is a rockstar. She seamlessly conducted simultaneous closings with of the sale and purchase of my home on the same day...TWICE! The attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy and skill is something to behold. They have and always will have my highest reccommendation!
Cheryl has been my realtor for years and helped with a few real estate transactions. She works hard, is responsive, and has three very cool dogs. She is also incredibly honest and trustworthy.
