Terrible company does not care about their tenants what so ever. Their lawyers are inadequate and in over their heads as well as their staff. They tell you to contact the Regional managers who are even worse. They are slumlords. For your own sake STAY AWAY. If you are having difficulty with this company, hire an attorney and have them check the lease. Our lease in Detroit was within 4 Michigan State violations and we were able to break it penalty free.
Update: there has been no update except this company’s total disregard of customer service. It has been 4 months since I’ve move, I must have left 30 voicemails with various people and I still haven’t received my check. The sheer incompetence is baffling. They first mailed the check to the wrong address ( after I provided them the address at the time of call), I had to wait for the check to be sent back to them and then back to me at the CORRECT address only to find that they had placed a stop payment on the check. Where’s my security deposit? I left voicemails and attempted to email Tyler Robinson at an email that is apparently no longer active.
THE WORST place to interview for , or work for. They invite you to drive 45 minutes to interview, KNOWING the positiin you're interviewing for is FILLED , and then after you spend an hour answering their questions they tell you that the position is filled . I've wasted my time 3 x with this unprofessional company . The recruiters and upper management team is just flat out rude and they don't get back to you unless you call 20x. Live in one of your propertys Ridgeline at Canton. Had a couple electrical issues that the last management company never took serious, always sent underqualied people and told me to just use other outlets and literally taped over it. Freeman has been here twice, the first manager came Friday but unfortunately I was working and couldn't go without power for a hour.
