Had a fantastic time . The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. The exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and great service!
The staff was very friendly easy to talk to answered all my questions. I like that one of the employees help pick out some frames for me to pick from that was very helpful. Dr Wong during the examination was very helpful in explaining the upcoming exams he recommended me to have. And the machines that test your eyes we're very different from what I've experienced in the past with other optometrist offices. I was so glad when I found out your office was so close to my home; the short drive is a huge plus.
My husband and I went here for a eye exam andnto purchased glasses. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful on helping with eye glasses purchase and answered any questions we needed answered. The doctor amazing she explained everything she was doing and same answered any questions that were asked. Highly recommend
Dr. Friedman is delightful, compassionate, and professional. Could not be more pleased with both he and his staff for over a decade!
I was a walk in expecting to wait 1 to 2rs...to my surprise I was in approximately 30 minutes. From signing in unto checking out my experience was phenomenally wonderful.
