Love the office staff and how they work as a team�
Excellent orthodontic staff. Very helpful and accommodating. My son got his braces off in exactly the time frame given to us initially (18 mos) Would highly recommend them
One woman at this practice completely ruined this experience, wish I knew her name. Paid as agreed up front for my sons treatment and this woman attempted to get more money out of me and threatened not to have the braces taken off my sons teeth if I didn't pay. Doctor made it right but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Prior to this experience there was very little communication regarding my sons progress and they rarely involve the parents here.
I never do this kind of thing, but I need to let everyone know how great our experience was at Michael Friedman Orthodontics. I have never dealt with a more professional, efficient & wonderful Dr, Dentist, or specialist of any kind. The entire staff was amazing. 2 minutes into our consultation I knew this is where we were going to go for my daughters braces. Awesome doctor and wonderful staff!
As an older patient, I was very nervous about getting braces. Dr. Friedman has been very communicative about treatment plans and expectations, and his staff has been super helpful with offering flexible appointment times, setting up payments, and are always so friendly. Despite the discomfort, I look forward to my appointments!
My son is only 7 years old and needed an expander and braces on his top teeth. He has been very anxious about the entire process. However, Dr. Friedman and his wonderful staff helped ease his anxiety due to their gentle and caring nature. I'm glad we chose this practice and wouldn't think to go elsewhere. I would recommend their practice 100%.
