Dr. Friedman is a good doctor and we appreciate the care he provides, but the wait times have become extremely frustrating. I have never once been seen earlier than 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. He sees my grandfather, and the time spent waiting is especially difficult because my grandfather already experiences anxiety when going to the doctor.
