I now choose to retract this review! Best thing about Friedman dental group was Beth Booker, Dr. Gregg, and Dr Gold And the front desk staff! I find Eli Friedman extremely condescending, I had a very bad experience at the Tamarac location by new dentist that was hired that was Hispanic! I decided on using This Dentist because I didn't want to go to a national chain, I wanted to go to a local individual dentist. I had horrible teeth, rotting and causing pain and disease so I opted to getting full dental implants, upper and lower. Surgery went well,and after 2 years my upper prosthesis broke. I was told because I hadn't gone for my annual 2 cleaning visits that all warranty was voided and to my SHOCK they wanted to charge me $10,000 for a new one.After negotiation they brought it down to 5000. Karley was so incredibly helpful! Within one day of calling to arrange an appointment for my son who needed documents and x-rays for his upcoming entrance to the military academy, Karley was able to confirm an appointment and have everything ready to go once we arrived! The staff is very friendly and down to earth! My son had a great experience as well with his cleaning, exam and x-rays!
I had a surgery in 2018 that was painful for 4 years until the procedure was finally redone this past March 2022. The office cancelled several of my appointments last minute and even upon my arrival refused to honor appointments that were confirmed and scheduled. Most recently after I had my surgical procedure redone in March I had temporaries that are supposed to heal for 3 months before they are replaced with permanents.
