Had my Tahoe at Friedman for some mechanical repair. They did a great job and at a fair price. While it was there I realized they had a body shop as well. I asked for a quote to repaint my rusty rear bumper and Doug quoted it 2 way. 1 was to repair and repaint my old bumper and the 2nd was to buy a new bumper and paint that. #2 was cheaper and it came out perfect. Can say enough about this place.

I called Friedman auto when my car died on the freeway and wouldn't restart. They sent someone with a loaner car to pick me up on the side of the freeway drove me back to the shop and gave me the loaner to get to work. They had a tow truck pickup my vehicle and had it fixed the next day. Great people to deal with and the customer service is A+ would recommend Friedman Automotive to anyone in need of an auto repair.

I trust this business totally. Iâ??ve been here three times and been satisfied each time. Repairs were completed as promised, estimate matched the price. Coupons received in the mail were used. Service person was extremely polite. Would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I requested quotes for a tune up and additional repairs to multiple places, but Friedman gave the most knowledgeable response so I decided to go with them. I'm glad I did! Customer service was great and they even gave me a car to use while it was in the shop! That was so helpful!! I will always take my cars there from now on. Very happy with their work!

Highest quality automotive paint and body work in Cleveland. If you have a nice car that you care about, Doug Uchbar is the person to go to. He does meticulous work. He repainted a bumper on my 745 Li -- I am picky, and the color was flawlessly matched to the rest my car. It was a BMW 3 stage color that reflected perfectly with the rest of the car. The finish was like glass. He even painted a famous SEMA 2007 show car --the Tractorri Lamborghini Mustang. Not the cheapest but it's worth it if you care about your baby.

I have been dealing with Friedman's for a number of years. The guys are knowledgeable and professional. They take really good care of my car!!!! They also have great pick up and delivery service as well as loaner cars. Keep up the good work Dale and crew!!!!
