Every single one of the staff is professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this Dentist office and their dentist highly enough
Was made to feel at ease, and found the staff to be friendly and supportive. I’m a high anxiety patient and felt comfortable here. (Update December 2024}: return visit today and was made to feel just as comfortable as last visit. Dr. Merwin and her assistants made session low anxiety and were quite reassuring. UPDATE April 2025 : unexpected dental emergency problem required several hours of procedures from Drs. Merwin and Friedler. Great job
Dental staff are great. The whole practice feels polished and well run. It also feels like a very money focused business - sometimes at odds with that customer focused, polished vibe. They neglected to mention that they didn't play nice with MetLife Dental insurance, one of the leading providers, so they were considered out of network. There were charges I was getting billed for and I didn't understand why, but now it makes more sense. That should have been said at the first visit, or when I first provided my insurance card.
