DO NOT RENT HERE! THE DOMAIN RALEIGH NC!!! My apartment have been condemned TWICE! They paid the fine and painted over Black mold!!! 4 apartments in my complex have flooded and NO REPAIRS. THEY GET MAD WHEN YOU SAY SOMETHING AND TAKE THEIR TIME. Making things WORSE in the apartment. I have HOLES EVERYWHERE from repairs not fixed or patched. Front office management is no help, although they are polite, with issues because they have to escalate them to upper management. Upper mangement provides no compensation and have poor communication. I had an emergency request twice in the past year that took from 5hrs to 3 days to get a response as my apartment continued to leak. Someone left trash in the grass in front of my complex that sat for 5 days and counting because they can't keep staff and no other person on the current staff will pick it up. I may have had a few issues with the Apartment complex I lived in but Friedlam Partners who owns the complex always took care of me, they are great communicators and problem solvers. I would live in their properties again
They keep waiting until the last minute to send renewal letters. Also, the previous rent increases didn't include any improvements to the non-renovated apartments.
