I bought a lot and was given the list of preferred builders. After frustration with one and the architect involved I fired them . The builder is out of business. Then I was suggested 2 and chose ne which took 2 years to build a 2300 sqft home which has issues with siding, tilework, concrete floors, framing, paint inside and out. The developer and investment group have done zero to help me. The realtor involved is now at a different agency. The amount of work needed to be done as bid on by other contractors is $300,000.
