I bought a lot and was given the list of preferred builders. After frustration with one and the architect involved I fired them . The builder is out of business. Then I was suggested 2 and chose ne which took 2 years to build a 2300 sqft home which has issues with siding, tilework, concrete floors, framing, paint inside and out. The developer and investment group have done zero to help me. The realtor involved is now at a different agency. The amount of work needed to be done as bid on by other contractors is $300,000. I can't wait until I open a strip mall on the back side of that property you have posted on your website. Will be great for all the views you're trying to sell. You've definitely ruined my view of the hill country.
So far, our experience with Frieden has been great. Both Thor and Sarah have been responsive to our needs and questions. We have purchased a lot and are excited to see the vision for this development come to life. The preferred builder we have chosen to work with, Lemburg House, has been great to work with. We are extremely happy that we've chosen to be a part of this planned community!
