Everything about Friealtor was good. The fact that it’s commission-free, the lockbox, the mobile messaging, and I could speak directly with the buyer’s agent. But my agent would not provide me a lot of advice on what to do. She explained options, but I thought agents are supposed let you know what to do. Initially I was skeptical about listing my property with Friealtor, because nothing is free. Discussed it with my wife and she told me it can’t hurt. So, I listed it on their site and within an hour I received an email stating my home had been listed on the MLS. Their agent helped us from offer to the final walk-through, and told us what to expect at closing. I still couldn’t believe looking at the settlement sheet that their commission said zero, but it did. Tell everyone about them.
Took a week of several unanswered calls to find out that my home was only listed on the MRIS and they do not have access to the REIN. Now I'm at their mercy to cancel and pull my listing asap off of Zillow, which could take at least 2 more days. Wasted $20 and many hours of effort. My home got several views that were from people 300mi away and the number to call (we tested it) if they'll even answer just gave out an email to write to about my home.
William McCoy over at Friealtor saved my family over 10K by listing our house with them! Their system works well and I was able to handle pretty much the whole transaction from taking offers to going under contract and closing with minimal involvement from them. Everything is online but they are there to help if you need it. They also sent a professional photographer out to take pictures. We were under contract in about 30 days. Thanks again Friealtor! I'll be recommending you to everyone I know!!
Working with Friealtor was a great experience. They were prompt with responses to questions, and I had very knowledgeable real estate agent. I had my house sold within two weeks of listing it, and their monthly fee is the lowest I have ever seen. Highly recommended!
