Professional and friendly business!
I had my first appointment and everything went great, new office for me. But when I recieved my glasses, my 4th pair in almost 5 years, I couldn't wear them without getting physically sick. I went in to find out my options. I felt like I was in a fish bowl, I couldn't look in the distance with out getting nauseous, woke up with a severe migraine. My script has changed every year. I know what it's like to have to adjust. I had a minor script, and even he stated I shouldn't have felt that way. He offered me a lesser option but... read more
Terrible customer service, I delt here 1 times never again, Doc is ok, staff sucks,..was told my glasses were in, about 6 weeks late, came to get them.. nobody at the front desk, 230 pm, went around the corner..3 ladies in this room, heavyset woman said WE Are closed...I responded someone just called me to get my glasses, 2 months overdue,...avoid .. my wife cancelled her appointment, and will tell everyone at Sierra Pacific .wish I could leave 0 star
