This place is like going to the doctor to have your right leg cut off but they cut off the left one accidentally. The one star reviews are real folks. Condescending, dishonest, terrible diagnosticians.
I admit that I have heard quite a bit of negative comments about this dealership and, even though we have a Suburban, we have avoided going in there. I am here to write about our extremely positive interaction with them when I was only asking for advice on a challenging situation. Meet Shawn Doyle!
