1. did not show up as scheduled and did not call that they would not make it until the next day until couple hours after they were scheduled. 2. turned off refrigerator which melted ice leaked all over the floor causing the floor to be dirty again the rest of the floor was still dirty like they did not mop at all. 3. Bath tube tile was not cleaned, hair was still found... 4. Said they would come out and reclean today... It's 11am and still no call... hmmmm next time I will spend the extra 150 bucks and go with the brand name... read more
