We have been enjoying Freidas for months but the last few visits have been subpar. The food has been cold, the chicken breasts pounded paper thin and the chips taste like cold grease. My husband ordered a plate of several different enchiladas and they were all cold, including the cheese one which wasn’t even melted. My chicken (Polo Loco) was paper thin and the cheese sauce so thin it ran under the salad garnish. The last time we were in I ordered one of their burgers and it was overcooked and dry. Stopped for a drink and appetizer on a Sunday afternoon, nicely decorated and clean. Margarita was very good, we got the Fridas's egg rolls and they were excellent, came out hot and quick. Will visit again
Light years better than el rancho or el toro. Tipp City is lucky to have this place!!!!
The food looks wonderful., but is pretty tasteless. I was hoping for an authentic Mexican fare. Im convinced they cook without seasonings. There wasn't a bottle of hot sauce to be found anywhere. We arent Brits here in the states, we like flavor! At the very least put some seasoning and hot sauce bottles on the table. I had to bring mine home and throw it in a skillet and make it right.
