The pork tamales were delicious! We randomly picked this spot for an early dinner and everything I had was fantastic. Would recommend eating here.
3/25/2025: The two of us stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The decor is very warm and welcoming, high ceilings and art of Frida Kahlo. Service very friendly and attentive. We ordered margarita, sangria, guacamole, steak fajitas, and chiles mathias goeritz. Everything was delicious. The menu has gourmet and traditional items you'd find at other Mexican restaurants. I loved seeing gourmet dishes not normally found and was happy to try something I don't normally see.
Lovely space! Great vibe. The food was good but there are a couple of misses on the menu. First, the beans have great flavor but they're waaaay too liquid IMO. I love whole beans so this was a bummer. The combo appetizer platter was a bit odd. Very sparsely portioned in an attempt to look fancy with four small slices of baguette at each corner, but other than those things, we had a great meal and drinks.
