Excellent service. I was able to book an assessment quickly (within one week), the staff that I have interacted with have been supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. They also take extra care to text/email reminders about appointment times and action items that require attention, which I think speaks to how well they know how to support ADHD folks. Very satisfied overall.
Effective, quick and easy. The clinicians do not rush the appointment. They are kind and caring which is especially important during the beginning if the journey. Appointments are available to meet scheduling needs and since it's over the phone it is very convenient. All prescriptions can be sent to a home pharmacy. I have zero regrets, and no feedback for changes.
