My experience with frida was worth every penny. The clinician was so knowledgeable, but just as importantly, was incredibly compassionate and understanding. After some not great medical experiences in the past, it was like a huge weight was lifted just having someone really hear me.
My experience with Frida has been life changing. The diagnosis portion was very quick, simple and worth the cost. The person I spoke to in the diagnosis appointment was very kind and helpful. Explained everything to me. I have been a patient now for a year and they have been very helpful and easy to use. I recently had an appointment with Maureen who was the kindest person I have ever spoken to over the phone. She provided me with additional resources for therapy etc.
I have had a pretty good and easy experience. The nurses I spoke to were professional and gave me the time to ask as many questions as I needed. The only thing that isn't great is when I book a follow-up appointment and then I am notified weeks later that it has been changed.
I just had my third appointment with Frida today, and I was fortunate enough to speak with Omar E. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but I am today because I was truly impressed with Omar. Besides conducting himself with the utmost professionalism, Omar took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed or pressured for time.
