Customer service was not good. I did reach out and tone was condescending and no solution offered. Downgraded to 1 star.
From start to finish, my experience with Talk with Frida was exceptional. The entire process was straightforward, well-organized, and much less intimidating than I expected. I’ve received plenty of attentive care and assistance over the past three years at Frida!
My experience was really positive and the health staff that I had contact with was knowledgeable!
Was excited to finally find a path to ADHD solutions but after the quiz I just got re-directed to the same list of facilities that google spits out. Probably a good website for really simple standard ADHD assessment but not if you have a challenging case I guess
