Hector from Fricold recently serviced my central air conditioning unit. He arrived within the two-hour window for my appointment and took the cover completely off the unit so he could clean it properly. He also pointed out that the previous provider had damaged some of the wiring by putting the cover back on with the wires pinched instead of properly threaded through the opening. Fricold Heating and Cooling provided outstanding, prompt service to my 80-year-old mother. Her central air conditioning unit stopped working, and although we were brand-new customers, they prioritized her service due to her age and the extreme summer heat. Hector arrived at her home the very same day to assess the issue. Her 17-year-old unit required costly repairs, so she decided to replace it.
