On Friday August 15th, I called Fricold Heating and Cooling after turning on A/C and not working. Hvac Tech Hector had just finished another job and was at my home within 15 minutes. We had two power outages in our area August 11th/12th and didn't realize the ac wasn't working until Friday. Hector assessed the situation and found that the outdoor unit was hit by a lightning strike. I recall hearing a very loud boom that day but thought it was thunder. $80 consultation. 6:30-7 appointment and he showed up at 7, fine I'm just glad he wasn't late. He was nice but also a sales man. I'm glad they were able to get someone out so quickly.
