I had to reorder my food 2 times and they still didn't make it. the manager gave us a hard time. He came and told me to calm down and I wasn't even loud. Bad food Bad Waitress. Will never go there again

I went in on Saturday April 6th before the walleye game. I knew there would be a wait. I asked to sit on the patio. girl told me no problem as soon as a table opened up I would be sea well, there were people who came in AFTER me and were able to sit outside. I asked the girl who was taking names and she kept teling me I was next. I stood there for about an hour before I decided to leave. pretty crappy people who came in after me and put their name in, got to sit outside.
I drive from Indianapolis just to come to this Frickers. Request to sit in Ana’s section every time because service is 10/10 every time. Seriously she has the best suggestions and always makes sure my drinks are topped off. Bartenders are cool too.

Spent 40 dollars last night for me my hubby and nephews and the food was horrid! Ribs had a awful flavor, wings were pure rubber. Beans were very salty and don't let me even get started on the burnt driest burger we have ever seen that my husband got. only edible thing was the coldslaw not to mention the very slow service.I usually never leave reviews let alone bad ones but this was so unacceptable never ever again!
Drinks were awful! I had to order 4 different drinks before they got one right
I come every Tuesday n I luv every moment.. Staff is super friendly and nice☺️
