great process - the guys were friendly and extremely careful in moving my office desk, glass tops, and lamps - and then my gym equip, 6 tables and several chairs and couches - and 2 bar units - will def recommend and plan on using again to move the remaining items to my florida home.
As a seasoned Realtor with nearly 20 years of experience, I can confidently say that Frick Movers provided the worst moving experience any of my clients have ever encountered. On moving day, the initially quoted rate nearly doubled, and the movers continuously harassed my clients to pay the remainder via Zelle/cash before completing the move (four days later). These people are awful. From getting an end total that was double than the estimate, to rude behaviour, hounding people for money before the delivery and refusing to bring in goods until a bank employee confirmed money was send... These guys hounded us for money after doubling the quote on a Sunday! We have been cursed out, with the manager using profanities over a recorded line with the bank on a three way call, to yelling at us in the street at our new address.
