I've been getting my glasses from Dr. Frick for several years now, and it's always been very satisfactory. He's available, patient, never rushed, and answers all my questions completely. Reasonable prices, lots of choices. I couldn't ask for more.
I’ve gone to Dr Frick for almost 30 years. I’ve brought all of my children and his patience is amazing. Love his staff with their kindness and understanding.
Initially they seemed great but then when I had a problem w/ the glasses (too heavy & giving me headaches) they agreed to order new frames. Three weeks later I hadn't heard back from them so I called. They said that they were waiting on me to bring my glasses in! I told them that no one had called me to let me know the new frames were in so how was I didn't know that? She again blamed me. I repeated that no one called, she got defensive & then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Very unprofessional response!
